A solution to your sewer problems

One of the biggest problems in your home is sewer drain clogs and blockages. You may need to hire a plumber to fix this, but there is a method that can help you clean all these blockages easier, cheaper and faster. The method is called sewer jetting. It uses high water pressure to wash out the clogs back-ups in your drain.

There are many causes of clogs and back-ups. Soap scum, hair, grease, mineral deposits and many more can cause your drain to clog. Even though you are very careful, it is almost inevitable that these things will pass through the line and cause clogs. You may not directly dump these things down the drain but grease can build-up and solidify. It can be removed temporarily but once it has a solid build up, sewer jetting is generally the best solution.

Sewer jetter is the tool used in cleaning sewer drain clogs. It can clean pipes by using high water pressure that ranges from 2500 – 4000 psi. The water pressure can be adjusted depending on the job as needed. A sewer jetter also has a special nozzle that can get into pipes and drains to wash out all blockages.

A sewer jetter has a standard size hose depending on the size of the pipe to be cleaned.   A 1/8” size hose is used for cleaning 1” – 4” pipe lines. A 5”- 10” pipe can be cleaned by using a 3/8” size hose. And for a huge cleaning job with a 10” or larger pipe line, a ¾” size jetter hose is used.

You don’t need a plumber to clean you drain for you. All you need is a specialized tool. A sewer jetter is a very useful industrial tool that can help you clean clogs and blockages. It is an easy and cost-effective solution for your drain problems.
